VILLA AGATHEA, TOURISM RESIDENCE ****

TERMS OF SALES

This rental is made under the ordinary and legal conditions in such matters and in particular those below which the lessee undertakes to execute, under penalty of all damages and even termination of the present, if it seems good to the agent and without being able to claim a reduction in rent.


a) Arrival times are normally scheduled for Saturday afternoon from 4 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Departure times are normally scheduled for Saturday morning from 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

If, at the customer's request, arrival or departure takes place outside the days and times provided above and within the limits of possible, a supplement of €60 will be requested by Chantal and will be paid directly to her.

 

b) It is agreed that in the event of withdrawal:

- from the tenant:

- more than 30 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant is reimbursed up to 100%,

- between 30 days and 14 days before the lease takes effect, the tenant will obtain a 50% refund,

- less than 14 days after the lease takes effect, the tenant will not obtain any reimbursement.

- from the lessor:

- more than 60 days before the lease takes effect, the lessor will reimburse the deposit to the tenant.

- less than 60 days and within seven days following withdrawal, he is required to pay double the deposit to the tenant.


c) If a delay of more than four days compared to the expected arrival date has not been reported by the lessee, the lessor may rightly try to re-let the accommodation while retaining the right to take action against the taker.


d) Obligation to occupy the premises personally, to live there ""as a good father of a family"" and to maintain them. All installations are in working order and any complaint concerning them occurring more than 24 hours after taking possession of the premises cannot be accepted. Repairs made necessary by negligence or poor maintenance during the rental will be the responsibility of the lessee. Obligation to ensure that the tranquility of the neighborhood is not disturbed by the action of the lessee or his family. The tenant is responsible for supervising children in and near the swimming pool . The swimming pool is open from June 1 to September 30.


e) The premises are rented furnished with kitchen equipment, crockery, glassware, blankets and pillows, as they are in the attached descriptive state. If applicable and if the condition of the premises at the time of departure requires it (abnormal state of dirt in the Villa or if the kitchen is not cleaned and the dishes put away clean) the owner or his representative will be entitled to claim from the lessee upon departure, the price of additional cleaning of the rented premises (fixed at a flat rate at €250), the total value at the replacement price of broken, cracked, chipped or damaged objects, furniture or equipment and those whose wear would exceed normal for the duration of the rental, the price of cleaning blankets that have become dirty, compensation for damage of any kind to curtains, paintings, ceilings, rugs, carpets, windows, bedding, a penalty if the bins are not empty and clean in relation to the degree of dirt, etc. ...


f) FOR ANY RENTAL, PROVIDE A CERTIFICATE OF HOME INSURANCE PROVIDING THE ""TRAVEL STAY"" GUARANTEE . (This guarantee, linked to the main home, covers damage caused to the owner during the seasonal rental: it is usually included in the insurance of the main house and should be requested from the insurer).

The lessee undertakes to insure against rental risks (fire, water damage). Lack of insurance, in the event of a disaster, will give rise to damages.

The tenant has the obligation to notify him, within 24 hours, of any disaster occurring in the accommodation, its outbuildings or accessories.


g) Agathea being located in a residential area and for the tranquility of the neighborhood, the evenings are

prohibited on the terrace and in the garden and it is recommended not to shout in and around the swimming pool.


h) The lessee may not object to a visit to the premises, at the request of the owner or his representative.

i) The courts of Villefranche sur Saône (69400) FRANCE will have sole jurisdiction in the event of a dispute.

A linen kit (1 duvet cover, 1 fitted sheet, 2 pillowcases, one bath towel) per person per stay, as well as 4/5 tea towels per week are included in the rental price.

Dogs: dogs are not accepted without written authorization from the owner provided that they are clean (droppings cleaned in the garden and hairs vacuumed) cost €100 per week. MAXIMUM 1 DOG PER STAY

Heating: yes, if necessary and on request, with contribution to costs except from June 1 to September 30.

SWIMMING POOL: Open from June 1 to September 30.

Internet: yes via WiFi

Description of the land: Land of 1520 m2 with trees, swimming pool open in summer.
